Based in Porto, Estaminé is a studio whose work focuses on papercraft, illustration and lettering.

Run by André Santos, Estaminé Studio uses paper as its material of choice to create 2D and 3D pieces.

We love manufactured stuff. Having that in mind, we established our studio in Porto back in 2016, where we have been producing many commissioned and self-initiated 2D and 3D pieces, all of them handcrafted and unique or done in small quantities.

Always with background music at our workplace, we treat paper with all the respect and joy, creating intricate and colorful hand-cut pieces, having already worked for Barbearia Porto, Biscoiteria Paupério and Pilar Eventos, among others.

We also develop other kinds of projects, normally based on an independent and collaborative premise, such as the fanzine “Nem tudo que reluz é Ouro” (“All that glitters is not Gold”) and the game “A Aldeia adormece” (“It’s night time”), launched in November, 2017.

If you have read this text, you might be interested in our work so we want to thank you for that! We’re always up for new commissions and collaborations. Let’s craft together!

Grab your tools, let’s have fun.
